Student Prices In The Ski Resort

If you are a student visiting Geilo, you get a 40% discount on day passes*

Here you can create new energy and inspiration on the ski slopes between lectures. Remember that in the middle of the week, you have extra space to clear your mind on freshly prepared slopes and enjoy a well-deserved  coffee or home-made cocoa in one of our many ski cafes.

Student-priced ski passes can be purchased at one of our ski receptions upon presentation of a valid student ID. Ski receptions are located in Vestlia, Havsdalen, and Slaatta.

Ski pass prices for students 25/26

These are our tips for day passes:

  • If you buy a ski pass for the following day, the pass is valid from 3pm the day before. Example: If you buy a ski pass on Saturday, the card is valid from Friday at 3pm and throughout Saturday.
  • If you have bought a ski pass that includes a Tuesday or Friday, you get night skiing from 3pm - 8pm with the purchase! Night skiing at Slaatta (Tuesdays) and Vestlia (Fridays). Read more about night skiing.
  • In the middle of the week, there is extra space on the slopes and in the cafes.
  • Is it tempting to spend many days at Geilo? If you ski for more than 14 days, it pays off to buy a season pass

Student Discount on Season Passes

New this year: we’re introducing a student discount on season passes. Students can get a season pass for NOK 5195 for the entire ski season – that’s about 38% off the regular price. All students must show a valid student ID and purchase the season pass at the ticket office in Vestlia.
