Guided tours of the ski resort

Local guides take you to the best runs and viewpoints, tailored to your group's level.

Cross-country skiing

A welcome break between meetings. Beginners start on easy terrain with a focus on balance, while experienced skiers refine their poling and glide. Can be scheduled between 4–6 pm to fit around your conference programme.

Ski clinic

Do you want to get better at carving? Do you want to find more flow in your skiing, or improve your technique in the slopes, off-piste or in the park, for example?

We adapt the ski clinic to your wishes and level, and put together a course that suits exactly what your group wants to work on.

• 2–10 people per instructor, NOK 575 per person

Team building and winter experiences

Our group activities take place in and around the ski arenas at Vestlia, Kikut and Havsdalen, in dedicated areas set up for your group. Here we light the fire pit, play music in the background, and set the scene for a social, informal winter experience together.

SkiGeilos Team Challenge

An engaging team competition with creative, hands-on and fun tasks that challenge collaboration, communication and strategic thinking, rather than pure physical strength. Tasks are adapted to the group, so everyone can take part and contribute equally.

• Duration: 1.5–2.5 hours
• Price: from NOK 500 per person, depending on group size

Slalom race / parallel slalom

A timed race — either a classic individual run or a nerve-wracking parallel slalom where colleagues go head to head — with a spectator area, announcer and great atmosphere at the finish line.

• Duration: 1–2 hours
• Price: NOK 450–795 per person, depending on group size

Ski pass & ski rental - Break Pass

For companies that want an efficient, energizing and flexible break from the conference room, we offer customized ski pass and rental packages.

We offer a 25% group discount on both lift passes and rental for groups of 25 people or more. This requires a single advance booking and submitted name lists no later than 1 day before arrival.

Food and drink

Combine any activity with good food and drink. We arrange everything from hot drinks and something to snack on by the fire pit, to tailor-made lunches and dinners at the restaurants in and around the resort.

How many people can participate in a corporate event at SkiGeilo?
We adapt the program for both smaller companies and large organizations. Most activities have their own group sizes (see details under each activity), and we put together a program that works for your exact number of participants.

Can you tailor a program for our company?
Yes. We put together all or parts of the package according to schedule, professional framework and budget - contact us for a non-binding offer.

What's included in the Break Pass?
A break pass is a time-limited ski pass (2 or 4 hours), with the option to add complete ski rental. See prices and details in the table above.

Do you offer accommodation and meeting rooms?
Yes, in collaboration with our hotel partners in Geilo, as well as our own apartments and cabins.

Can we combine courses and conferences with team building?
Yes, it is actually the most common combination. Schedule the meetings during the day, and end with a round of team building such as the team challenge or a slalom race.

When is the best time to hold a conference or corporate event in Geilo?

Do we get a discount for large groups?
