From the top of Bjødnahovda down to Vestlia, you have the opportunity to choose between four flow paths. Overall, this is a fantastic family-friendly and lift-based cycling offer in the easy/medium (BLUE) and demanding (RED) difficulty category. We recommend fully-suspended bikes for lift-based floating trails. This can be rented in the bike rental at Vestlia.

This flow trail features a rolling profile with berms, creating a fun rollercoaster ride on two wheels that suits the whole family. The surface is smooth and compact, with no sudden obstacles. Just let the bike flow and enjoy the ride. Flow Motion can be ridden on a standard mountain bike in good condition!

To access this trail, ride the Flow Motion trail for about 1 km until you reach the start of Anaconda. The trail is built with natural materials, has a slightly rougher surface, and is steeper than Flow Motion. It features fun rollers, jumps, and a small wall ride at the very end. Suitable for beginners and less experienced riders!

Gold Digger is machine-built with natural materials and features berms, jumps, rollers, and a few alternative lines. All jumps are rollable. You can maintain relatively high speed throughout most of the trail, but solid bike handling skills are recommended before tackling a red trail.

To reach Fire Ant, you can take any trail from the top. This is a “bit of everything” trail, featuring berms, jumps, and a rock garden, followed by a fast single-track section at the end. The trail is built with local materials, with a short section of imported gravel. It is suited for experienced riders with solid technical skills!
