Can I pick up my rentals the day before?

Yes - Pick up your equipment after 3pm the day before your first rental day and avoid the morning rush. 


Where do I pick up my rental?

At the time of online booking, you have to choose to pick up your equipment at one of following locations: Vestlia or Havsdalen.


What time are the rental locations open until?

Opening hours for the winter season 2023/24

Opening hours for the skirental in Vestlia, Havsdalen, og Slaatta:

Season opening - 9th of February 9am – 4pm
10th of February - 22nd of April 9am – 5pm

Vestlia offer night skiing every Friday till 8pm until the end of March, and the rental is open late.  


How do I make a ski or snowboard rental reservations?

All pre-booked equipment must be booked online. Reserve here.

Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, holidays and other busy times. 


Is it possible to order individual products/single items?

It is only possible to pre-order ski/snowboard packages, individual products/singel items can be rented directly from our rental shop if capacity is available.


Can I trade my ski set in for a snowboard (or vice versa) if I want to switch?

Yes - you can switch with a 200 NOK charge. If you have rented the Passionate category one switch is included in your rental.


Can I store my equipment at the resort overnight? 

Yes - we offer overnight equipment storage at the base of Vestia. 


What happens if I damage my rental equipment?

When you purchase our damage waiver, you are covered within reason for any accidental damage caused to your equipment. If you do not purchase a damage wavier, you are then liable for the repair cost of the equipment. 


Do you offer ski accessories?

Yes - you can buy gloves, goggles, hat, helmets and more in all our rental locations.
