General booking conditions
Our terms regarding booking, payment, change, cancellation, insurance, rights, obligations, reservations and privacy. These general terms and conditions apply between Geilo Skisenter AS (SkiGeilo) and others who enter into an agreement with SkiGeilo by the confirmation (guest). The agreement applies to the purchase of other products and services or a combination thereof.
To be able to book/enter into an agreement with SkiGeilo about the event, the guest must be 18 years of age. This applies to all goods and services that can be ordered on the current website.

Your order

An order is binding as soon as a booking number is assigned to the guest and payment is made. It is the guest's responsibility to check that the arrival and departure dates, as well as anything else that is important to the booking, are correct.
Payment via internet
The guest can pay safely and easily by card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro). 3D Secure is enabled for the web page. The guest must bring the confirmation on arrival.
Cancellation / Change of booking

Insurance
We advise all our customers to make good insurance contracts before travel, in case of illness, loss or damage to luggage, accident, liability and the like.
SkiGeorge's changes and guest rights
SkiGeilo has the right to change the terms of activity if the guest can be offered equal services.

Terms and reimbursement Skipass

Children: 0-6 years (runs free with helmet)
Youth: 7-17 years
Senior: 65+ years

Regarding age at purchase: The age at the time of purchase applies. For example, if the child turns 7 in January, the child can still use 0-6 years of ski pass all season if the ski pass is purchased before the date of birth.
Ski passes valid for a day or more must be used consecutive days.
* Seasonal card family applies to families at the same place of residence. The cards MUST be purchased collectively and everyone in the family must be present when buying/picking up the cards. The cards remain personal. You can buy the season pass directly on our online booking or at our ski reception. Without a photo, the season pass is invalid. The season pass is personal and cannot be used or transferred to others.
Poor weather / Poor driving / technical problems
There is no refund for lift passes in bad weather, fog, snow, icing, technical errors or the like. The customer must assess the weather and driving conditions based on your own skiing skills. If you are uncertain about the weather and weather, contact the ticket reception before purchasing a lift pass.

Injury / Illness:
In the event of injury or illness, reimbursement will be granted upon presentation of a medical certificate immediately after a doctor's visit. Reimbursement is only given to the person who is ill or injured, and only for those days, the ski pass has not been used.
No refunds are given on open or optional days.

Rental Conditions and Reimbursement Ski Rental

Credentials must be shown to rent equipment.
All payments are made in advance.
No refunds for canceled rent.
Equipment should only be used in open/prepared tracks.
The landlord is not liable for personal injury caused to the tenant by the use of rental equipment.

Cancellation fee if canceled more than 7 days before the first rental day: NOK 150, - Cancellation fee if canceled less than 7 days before the first rental day: Full amount. We recommend everyone to have your own travel insurance!

Fixed prices repair:
Sole repair: NOK 350 (NOK 0, - with equipment insurance)
Jack stick: NOK 100 (NOK 0, - with equipment insurance)
Theft: VALUE OF EQUIPMENT

The renter is financially responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Theft is not covered by equipment insurance.

Cancellation and Reimbursement of Ski School

Cancellation fee for cancellations more than 7 days before start of hours: NOK 150, - Cancellation fee for cancellations less than 7 days before start of hours: The full amount.
We recommend everyone to have your own travel insurance!

Group education requires a minimum of 3 people.
With 1 participant, group tuition changes to private tuition 2 days an 80 min (value NOK 2585, -)
With 2 participants, group teaching for private lessons is spent 3 days an 80 min

Reimbursement for downtime and bad weather:
The ski school doesn't stop if it's bad weather. If the chairlift closes, other lifts and training methods are used. No refund will be given if the guest chooses to end the hour anyway.
