Feel your pulse rise when you set off from the top of Vestlia. The zipline stops at the bottom of the alpine slope.
The Geilo Zipline is 1,100 meters long, and has a height difference of 260 meters and at the highest point you are as high as 35 meters above the ground!

It goes slowly in the beginning until the first mast before you are dropped over the edge and reach a speed of up to 60 km/h. Here you can enjoy the fantastic view towards Hallingskarvet National Park and Geilo.

Opening hours 2024

6. july - 4. august: All days from 10am - 4pm
 

Durance: Approx. 30-60min from the time you have booked
Includes: Harness, helmet and lift ticket
Age limit: from 5yrs (everyone between 5-18 years must have a signed permit from parents if they are not present.)
Weight limits: min. 25kg / max. 125kg (for a twin ride the maximum weight for both persons is 120kg in total)
(Note, in the case of strong wind, the ones under 40kg must do a twin ride)
Bring: Clothes according to weather, and shoes that will not fall off.
Meeting place: Geilo Sommerpark, Bakkestølvegen 80. Have you bought tickets online, you ca go straight to the zipline. Tickets can be bought on site at the information desk. (limited availability)
